ChatGPT can draft an invoice, do the VAT math and, with its code tool, produce a PDF or spreadsheet file. It doesn't keep a reliable invoice sequence, stored clients or payment status between chats.
The Invoice server stores your business profile and clients, numbers each invoice in sequence, writes an A4 PDF and tracks payments and overdue invoices. ChatGPT connects to remote MCP servers only in some plans and modes. Our setup steps for ChatGPT aren't tested yet, so treat them as unknown.
