Can I do this in Claude?

What counts as an open work order?
Any job not yet set to invoiced. The free tier holds 5 open at once, and closing one gives the slot back.
Does it send the invoice?
No. It builds the invoice lines (Pro). You raise the invoice in the Invoice server and then set the job to invoiced.
Can the customer sign the report?
The report has a sign-off block. The plain-text report is free, and the PDF is Pro.
