Can I do this in Claude?
Claude can draft an onboarding plan, but it can't track it. With the Onboarding server, Claude adds hires, assigns tasks to HR, managers or IT with due dates, applies role templates and lists overdue tasks. Checklist adds signed-off first-day checklists.
If I edit a template, do current hires change?
No. Each hire keeps the template version applied at the time.
Is skipped the same as done?
No. Skipped is a deliberate dismissal and never counts toward percent complete.
How many hires can I track for free?
The code sets no hire limit. The free tier applies a template to one hire per call.
