Calendar

Ask your .ics calendar when you're free and what clashes.

Free tier needs no key. See the exact limits.

What you get

Find a free hour across two calendars

Consultant in Amsterdam with a work and a personal calendar

Report
Tool callWhat it did
ics_importLoads the work and personal .ics files
free_busyFinds open slots in working hours

A list of open slots of 90 minutes or more across both calendars.

Example from "Find a free hour across two calendars". Invented names, real math from the tools.

Point it at the .ics file your calendar already exports. Ask what's on this week, when you're free, what's double-booked, or turn a client meeting into a billable time entry. It only reads the file. It never writes to your calendar.

Jobs this server does

All tools (10)

ToolWhat it does
calendars_listList imported calendars: name, event-definition count, size, source, import time and free-tier use of the 2 slots.
conflictsFind double bookings: every PAIR of timed events that overlap, with the minutes they collide, across all calendars unless you name one.
event_exportCall this tool to write chosen events to a new .ics file you can send or import elsewhere.
event_to_time_entryTake one event and return the exact arguments for the time-tracker's entry_add, so a meeting that already happened becomes billable time without retyping it.
events_listEvery event between two dates, recurring expanded to occurrences, sorted by start.
events_searchFind events whose title, description, location or attendees contain a phrase.
free_busyMerged busy blocks and the free gaps inside your working hours over a day range.
ics_forgetRemove one imported calendar by name and delete this server's local copy of its .ics, freeing a slot.
ics_importCall this tool to read a calendar export and keep it under a name.
next_eventThe first event not yet started, within the next 366 days, across every imported calendar or one you name.

Questions

Does it change my calendar?
No. It reads the .ics you give it. event_export writes a new file only when you ask.
Does it connect to Google Calendar directly?
No. Export .ics from your calendar, or on Pro import a URL or webcal feed.
